An excellent match of Blood Bowl with my good friends Lewis and Phil. Lewis was referee and Phil played the Human team. Alas, another defeat for the Slann. A few more lessons learnt. However, certainly a better game than the previous one against the Ogres (where my frogs were slaughtered by half-time). Humans 2, Slann 1. It could have easily gone the other way. An early casualty was one of my catchers, trying to score a touchdown from the whistle, his first leap proved to be his last. The Humans were blessed on the injury rolls throughout, providing fortune in the later stages by having more players on the field. The frogs snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in the last few plays, fumbling the ball and failing to be froggy. The resulting turnover saw the Humans walk away with glory. A superb game from Phil overall, with sound tactics. Thanks also go to Lewis for his superlative
