Xena + Lucy Lawless Agent of SHIELD

The Warrior Princess

If you haven't heard the word... Lucy Lawless is appearing in the second series of Marvel's Agents of SHIELD. That's about all we know at the moment, thanks to TVGuide.com, which broke the news of Lawless' casting. If you're in the "Lucy who?" camp, you may know her as Xena: Warrior Princess.

Now I've already had some feedback from +Anthony Hargis that Xena was too corny. With all due respect, he may have missed the point. In fact, I argue that SHIELD is a whole field of corniness and Lucy will fit right in.

Did I mention that she's a kiwi? You probably already knew that. She also sings up a storm with a kickass band from time to time. So, yeah. I'm a fan.
